• DDoS attacks, traffic flooding, or interference with networks, servers, or services.
• Distribution of malicious code, botnets, command-and-control traffic, or exploit activity.
• Abuse of payment systems, fraud, or bypassing lawful restrictions.
• Harassment, threats, or stalking, and content that promotes violence against people.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of exploitation of minors.
• Any activity that violates applicable sanctions rules or export-control laws.
• Reselling or sharing access in a way that bypasses subscription or device limits.
