- Harassment, threats, or stalking, and content that promotes violence against people.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of exploitation of minors.
- Any activity that violates applicable sanctions rules or export-control laws.
- Reselling or sharing access in a way that bypasses subscription or device limits.
3. Fair use & service stability
We may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the service stable (for example: rate limits, connection limits, device limits, or abuse prevention measures). Excessive automated traffic that harms service quality may be restricted.
4. Enforcement
