1. Agreement
By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Conditions d’utilisation (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
PlainVPN provides VPN software and related infrastructure that can route your device traffic through Serveurs VPN. Performance may vary by location, device, network conditions, and other factors.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally allowed to use VPN services in your location. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity in your account unless it is caused by our systems.
- You must provide accurate account information (for example, a valid email address).
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Subscription prices, billing periods, and payment methods are described on the pricing page. If a refund policy is offered (for example a “money-back guarantee”), it will be described on the pricing page or at checkout and may include eligibility conditions.
6. Utilisation acceptable
You agree to follow our Politique d’utilisation acceptable. If your use violates that policy, we may suspend or terminate your access.
7. Service Availability & Changes
We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
8. Limitations (No Guarantees)
- No service is perfect: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific speeds.
- Some websites, apps, or networks may block VPN traffic or reduce performance.
- You are responsible for your device security and software environment.
9. Intellectual Property
The website, apps, brand, and content belong to PlainVPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, decompile (where prohibited by law), or distribute our software, except where allowed by these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe: (a) you violated these Terms or the Utilisation acceptable Policy, (b) your use creates risk for the service or other users, or (c) we are required to do so for legal compliance.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlainVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Politique de confidentialité.
