1. Sözleşme

By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Hizmet Şartları (“Şartlar”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Hizmet

PlainVPN provides VPN software and related infrastructure that can route your device traffic through VPN sunucuları. Performans may vary by location, device, network conditions, and other factors.

3. Uygunluk

Bulunduğunuz yerde VPN hizmetlerini kullanmanız yasal olarak mümkün olmalıdır. Kullanımınızın geçerli yasa ve düzenlemelere uygun olmasını sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

4. Hesaplar ve Güvenlik

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity in your account unless it is caused by our systems.
• You must provide accurate account information (for example, a valid email address).

5. Abonelikler, Faturalandırma ve İadeler

Abonelik prices, billing periods, and payment methods are described on the pricing page. If a refund policy is offered (for example a “money-back guarantee”), it will be described on the pricing page or at checkout and may include eligibility conditions.

6. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

9. Fikri Mülkiyet

The website, apps, brand, and content belong to PlainVPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, decompile (where prohibited by law), or distribute our software, except where allowed by these Şartlar.

10. Sonlandırma

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe: (a) you violated these Şartlar or the Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası, (b) your use creates risk for the service or other users, or (c) we are required to do so for legal compliance.

11. Sorumluluk

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlainVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

13. Bu Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

We may update these Şartlar. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Devam etd use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Şartlar.
