1. Соглашение

Підписка prices, billing periods, and payment methods are described on the pricing page. If a refund policy is offered (for example a “money-back guarantee”), it will be described on the pricing page or at checkout and may include eligibility conditions.

9. Интеллектуальная собственность

The website, apps, brand, and content belong to PlainVPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, decompile (where prohibited by law), or distribute our software, except where allowed by these Условиями.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe: (a) you violated these Условиями or the Політика прийнятного використання, (b) your use creates risk for the service or other users, or (c) we are required to do so for legal compliance.

11. Ответственность

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlainVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
